Returns & Refunds
We are a small forest-based shop, and every item is packed with great care; from letters sealed under candlelight to treasures gathered by hand. Because of the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

💌 If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery to adventure@forageifolklor.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

A Note on Our Stories & Creations
All content sent through Forage i Folklor - including Teta Žofa’s letters, illustrations, herbal knowledge, and folklore-inspired material  - is lovingly created and protected. These materials are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or shared without permission.

In simpler words: please don’t repost, republish, or remake what we’ve worked so hard to gather and share. These stories are stitched with memory, and we ask that you honor them the same way we honor the old ways.

For EU Customers:
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please contact us by email and we will guide you through the process. Refunds will be issued once returned goods are received in original condition.
Digital items and custom goods are not eligible for withdrawal under EU law.
