Welcome, prijatelji! By visiting our little corner of the forest and perhaps ordering a letter, a remedy, or a story, you are agreeing to walk this path with kindness, respect, and understanding.
These terms are our way of laying stones on that path, to keep it clear and steady for us both.

Please take a moment to read through them.

1. General Conditions

We are a small, story-based shop, and we reserve the right to decline an order if something feels not quite right  - whether it’s a mischievous crow in the checkout process or a suspicious spirit in the payment system.
We may update our offerings or descriptions without notice (after all, the forest changes with the seasons).

2. Products and Offerings

We do our best to describe everything accurately  -  from nettle bundles to the whisper of a letter. But please remember, color tones and handmade details may vary slightly.
Quantities are limited and lovingly prepared. We may, on rare occasion, limit sales per customer or region if needed.

3. Billing and Contact Info

Please make sure your information is accurate and up to date -  especially for mailings.
We can’t guarantee delivery if your address leads a messenger owl astray.

4. Intellectual Property (A Gentle But Clear Boundary)

All letters, illustrations, herbal notes, and digital content shared by Forage i Folklor are original creations  - dreamed up under moonlight, gathered from tradition, and sealed with care.
They are for personal use only.
Please do not copy, resell, distribute, or republish them without permission. These stories are stitched with memory, and should be held with the same reverence as a family recipe passed down by hand.

5. Shipping & Returns

Please see our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy for how we handle parcels, delays, and special cases.
In short: we’ll always try to make it right, and we thank you for your patience when dealing with postal owls and human hands.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is precious. We will never share or sell your information.

7. Things We Don’t Allow

We ask that you do not:

  • Use this site or its contents for harm, theft, or mischief

  • Violate copyrights or intellectual property

  • Send us spam, viruses, or bad vibes

  • Attempt to tamper with the forest gates (aka, the code, the checkout, or other behind-the-scenes workings)

8. Changes to These Terms

If these terms ever change, we’ll update this page.
Continued use of our shop means you accept the new version — just like accepting another cup of tea when offered.
